• I use hearing aids and the phones do fit over them but I see no reason to use both. I hear just fine with the phones only.

• Yes I also wear aids... but are the aids phone compatible.. the head phones work just like a phone... the aids connect I think via the magnets in the sets.... the sound if normally very clear.. but you have to have OVER THE EAR head phones... the on the ear are not comfortable... oh that is if you aids are IN THE EAR!!

• Most hearing aids will give you feedback when covered by anything. I think you will be able to use these without your hearing aids. I am able to without any problem.

• I do not know about wearing hearing aids, but the headset has volume control. You may be able to listen without the hearing aids in.
