Initially, a Splitter has to be connected from the Audio Output of the TV. Then, the Splitter can be connected to the Transmitters of each Headphone. The battery capacity decreases over time and through repeated use. The battery life varies according to how it is stored and the operating conditions and environment in which each battery pack is used. It is difficult for Sony to quote the life expectancy for the battery as certain variables, such as the amount of use (or lack thereof) received and the environmental conditions, in which it is being used, play a part in its life expectancy. Under normal operating conditions, the battery provides Usage time of approx. 25 hours. It is required to contact the place of purchase or a Sony dealer to replace the battery.
