“Can't get sound on both ears”

• SOUND IS ADJUSTABLE. I HAVE TELL MY HUSBAND TO TURN IT DOWN AS I CAN ALREADY HEAR IT ON THE TV AND DO NOT NEED TO HEAR IT FROM HIS EARPHONES.

• That happens to me when the connector from the source is not fully seated in the headphone base. Try pushing the connector in farther.
