“Are these compatible with treadmills”

• They're bluetooth; if your treadmill sends bluetooth audio then they should be (but why would a treadmill send audio?)

• Don't think so, there's nowhere to plug them in. Bluetooth only.

• If your treadmill supports bluetooth then yes. Otherwise it comes with a standard headphone cord to connect it with anything.
