• Yes it can just remember it's just a small speaker and it can only handle so much and it shouldn't be hard to figure out its limitations. And in a small area like a camper it be great

• If the tv allows you to connect to a bluetooth device, don't see why not. If you have 2 of these speakers you can connect one speaker to the TV and the other to that speaker. Stand the speakers straight up and get uber surround sound.
