I just finished a 7 mile run with these headphones, the outside temperature was 31 degrees, so I was wearing a knit cap. When running with the cap on the headphones stayed in place very well and required no adjusting or pushing them back into my ears. I also did a test without wearing the knit cap where I found the headphones did start to work themselves out of my ears after a few minutes. I’m 6’2” 205 pounds and not the smoothest runner so this probably had something to do with that, plus the fact that these headphones have a little more size and weight to them than others I’ve had in the past, no doubt due to the construction which helps them deliver that excellent bass sound.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have used these for running. I use the medium sized inserts and haven't had any issues with them. I even did a test headbang listening to metal music and they didn't fall out. I hope that helps!
