• Odds are your device doesn't support the newer bluetooth. my g5, and g6 work great but my old g4 doesnt support it

• That usually depends on your device, does your device support Bluetooth? If it does, make sure you are searching for Bluetooth compatible devices while the headphones are on! Otherwise, it might be the earbuds themselves. =(
