What tells u that it is charging? null

There's a small red LED that illuminates during charging and shuts off when battery is full.

A red light on earpiece lights up

These are not wireless, they are wired into your phone with a 3.5mm male plug.

When charging, there will be a red light but when it's fully charged that light turns white.
