“My headphones don’t pop up on the devices screen”

• Hi i know this is late if you still have the headphones an are having this problem pull from the top of your phone you will pull down a menu click the Bluetooth icon turn on Bluetooth the name of the headphones will show up click on it click yes when it ask if you want to par i know this long i hope it helps you out.

• HI, Starlord1723! The headset needs to be in pairing mode for it to show up on the screen of the device. First, turn on the headset, then hold the power button for 7 seconds until the red and blue light indicator flashes alternately, once it starts flashing the headset should appear on your device and you're ready to pair it.
