“I can not get the microphone to work through blue tooth for my phone calls. I told the store I needed wireless headphones for saless calls and they recommended these. This is why I bought this item. So what am I doing wrong? thanks”

I recommend downloading the app that is suggested in the manual they provide. I am able to take calls and resume my music when done with the call. Amazing quality.

Please try again later.The reason Your not able to get them to work could be the phone your trying to pair the headphones with doesnt support the bluetooth 4.0 on Sonys headset. Or the timing between searching for wireless devices arent sychronized. Try cutting the headphones on first and then make your phone search for the headphones. I would almost bet the first is more true than the latter. Good luck and let me know if that helped.
