Are they noise cancelling? null

They aren’t completely noise cancelling. But they are close. I use them on a busy train in the mornings and I can’t hear much even when there’s no music playing.

Brian, These wireless headphones are not noise cancelling they are more for really enjoying music, and using the Electro Bass Booster function this really helps. You might want to try a different model that for sure has nose cancelling feature.
