• Just take your receipt to customer service. I did the same and was no issue. That is one thing I like about Best Buy is their great customer service

• I had a similar experience. Simply take your receipt to Customer Service and they will refund the difference as long as you are within the return period.

• Just take your receipt back and they will credit you back. I did the same thing
