It doesn't have built-in Google Assistant or Alexa support. It does have a microphone that can be used for calls, etc.

It can however use the smart features of the Bluetooth device it is connected to. For instance, just press and hold the pause/play button for about 2 seconds and the smart assistant on your phone will activate. Then ask it your question.
