Model I purchase has dual SIM

If this is infact te XQ CT62 Model varient than i will have dual sim capability according to https://helpguide.sony.net/mobile/xperia-1m4/v1/en/contents/TP1000669479.html

The XQ CT54 model on the other hand will not.
