• They have demo. Oddly the other two Sony phones on display were powered down and I was told there is an issue with the wiring charging system they use. They said the Sony phones will not charge with their security chargers.

• Probably not. SONY phones, although excellent in almost every respect, do not sell well due to SONY's lackluster marketing efforts in the U.S. Therefore, unlikely that Best Buy, or any other retailer, will be willing to dedicate shelf space in their stores to display this phone. Too bad.

• Certain locations do carry this exact model. The Best Buy I shop at has a Sony display in the cellphone department.
