I haven’t taken mines out the box I need to check and make sure it works I have protection plan as well I don’t understand why it doesn’t cover I will be canceling my plan

As it turns out, we do not have an exchange/trade-in program. You can try reaching out to your local dealer, however, we cannot guarantee that they can accommodate your request.
