Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought the Air 2's and one can use the right bud in the left ear with no problems. Just be aware that using a single or reversing the ears does affect the tap controls. Upgrade the firmware first before trying to use the buds separately as the installed version may not support this option completely. Another plus was the ability to customize the sound thru the phone app. For someone with hearing loss in the high range, this ability is very nice to have. To control the settings, both buds must be connected for the option to even show up in the app.
