• Yes they do, and the best part is that you can change any of them to your liking using the app. My setting: 1 tap - play/pause 2 taps - next/back track Hold - next/back track My volume is always 50-60%, no need for more.

• There are no buttons in the traditional sense, but there are touch gestures instead! The default settings let you change volume, skip forward (but not back), play/pause, and bring up your voice assistant. If you install the Soundcore app on the Appstore or Play Store, you can change the gestures to fit your needs
