They do come with instructions. I find them a little difficult to figure out, but I'm a golden oldie.

Answering a Call: Typically, double-tapping the left or right earbud answers a call. Hang-ups are often done by holding the earbud button for 2 seconds. 2. Playing/Pausing Music: Usually, pressing a multifunction button or tapping an earbud allows you to play or pause the music. 3. Skipping Tracks: For devices like the Soundcore P40i, you can double-tap the left earbud to skip to the next track. Rewind controls may also be configurable in the Soundcore app. 4. Custom Controls: On many models, you can customize the touch or button controls using the Soundcore app. If you had difficulties with your Soundcore Liberty 2 earbuds previously, ensure your hands are clean and dry, and you're tapping the correct touch-sensitive area on the earbuds.
