Will these work on a smart tv null

It totally depends on the Bluetooth function/capability of the TV. Some TV's have a function whereby if the Bluetooth is engaged by a headset, then the normal sound on the TV won't work, so only the person with the headset on can hear the TV.

Yes. Works with my 65 inch OLED.

I have not tried syncing to the TV. They do for phones and I pad though. I would assume any blue tooth product would work.
