No, because the radio will on recognize one at a time.

I doubt it. I woud tend to think that the Bluetooth connection is for something to play through your receiver, like your phone, not the other way around. It also opens liability issues if someone attempted to drive while wearing the headphones. But check the owners manual of your Pioneer car stereo to see if they are compatible with wireless headphones
