• Yes! You can make phone calls with it. I'm not sure if it has a microphone but the person on the phone call can definitely hear you! There's no static or not being able to hear the person or the person not hearing you. Everything is good. So to answer your question yes you can make phone calls:)

• Yes, the Soundcore Q20i uses a built-in microphone, so you can make phone calls while in Bluetooth mode. The call quality is clear, though some ambient noise might be present in busy environments. Note that the microphone is not functional when using the AUX cable for calls.
