Can it fit 2018 suburban null

It fits in my 2011 Suburban. Its adjustable, but requires force. I had to call the company that manufactures them. The tech told me I would have to push or pull the unit to get the tilt right. Installed new, they are straight up and down, and I found that they are really too far back to prevent whiplash injury UNLESS you make the adjustment which does take some force.

Yes it can, they will replace your head rest, I have a 7 passenger minivan and it fit perfect.
