Yes you get it for pre ordering! You will receive a digital copy of The Stick of Truth (Awesome game). You will get an email to redeem the digital copy once The Fractured But Whole is sent out to you.

No you do not. It’s a voucher code located in the physical copy of the game box. If you preordered it through PSN or Xbox Store then you got the code immediately.
