Ours came with a download for the stick of truth. As for your save question, no, you cannot play a save from another gamertag. Each gamertag will have it's own save data.

When I bought it, it came with the stick of Truth and when you play on different accounts you should have different game saves. Not the same for all.

This does come with the SoT if it is the first printing, I believe after those run out, if it gets another printing, it will not come with the older game. I'm not sure about your second question.

Yes it comes with both games and as long as you have game sharing enabled on that Xbox you can play it on different Accounts. However, the save files are attached to each account and are not shared, so they will have to progress on their own.
