No, it doesn’t interfere with camera.

The iPad has two cameras. To use the camera on the screen side, the case merely has to be open. That is the side where you’re looking at the screen and can see yourself on the camera. The other camera is on the opposite side of the iPad from the screen. To access that camera lens the case has to be open, like opening it like a book; then there is a small flap on the case that folds down so the lens is exposed. So each camera can be accessed without removing the iPad from the case.
