• I've had his case for three generations, it protects the phone and acreen from normal drops form your hand or lap. I wouldn't recommend testing it from a few stories up. As long as surface is flat you should be ok. Dropping it on rocky surface is risky because it could still crack the screen.

• My phone hasn't broken but the glass screen protector broke the first day so I don't fully trust this case as much as I did my otter box defender.

• I have dropped my phone and simce it has a bit of an edge it didnt break. As with any device depends on what angle it falls. Mine actually bounced then fell flat on concrete from about 4 ft. Overall pretty good

• I have accidentally dropped my Iphone 6S plus on tile floor and it hasn't cracked. I do have a tempered glass protector on it also. I feel that it does it's job!
