My 12 year old has this case, and she's pretty hard on it. But the color is NOT fading.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My daughter has had this case on her phone for 4 months and I haven't noticed any fading. It still looks great, even after a few bumps and drops.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We've only had the case a couple of months but no signs of fading colors as yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My daughter uses hers all the time and it hasn't faded.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a Candyshell with a print design 1.5 yrs. ago and it’s still vibrant. But, I also read reviews about Speck products that have faded. I would warn anyone considering a Candyshell cover that if they are a plain color, they’ll show every scratch - and they do scratch with normal wear and tear. Under strong lighting and w/a magnifying glass, mine is heavily scratched. However, in the same strong light but without the magnifying glass, it looks like new.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The colors are very vivid and safe as far as I can see. We've had this case for a while (months?) and we don't leave it in the sun or anything. The colors seem very set. Rest assured. By the time you read this, you've probably decided on a cover somewhere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not noticed any fading on the 2 Speck cases I've had. Both purchases have performed well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just purchased for my19 yr old. Time will tell. She's had it for awhile now and it's ok
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The one I bought has not faded. It has been about a month since it was purchased.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using speck candyshell for many years now, this cover provides the BEST protection you can ever have, I have dropped my phone at least 15 times on solid concrete, no damage, there is a big drawback though, no matter what color you chose, back of the cover gets scratches from DAY ONE, within few days it starts to look UGLY. I in fact contacted speck and suggested them to use scratch free plastic on these cases but they did not seem to improve. I have not tried clear one but am pretty sure it will behave same way (will either discolor or will be full of scratches), like I said I still like the cover protection wise but from look wise it is a disaster.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
