“Is there a separate screen protector included”

• No. It just comes with the slim case. You can purchase a screen protector but my experience with those is that when they are a separate piece and not included, they tend to break easily - and also scratch easily. If you have a very active life and use the phone a lot and are always out and about, and you are worried about the phone slipping or falling - I would invest in a better, heavy duty "entire" or "full" coverage case.
