Will this work with the latest Apple 12.9 ? null

The one I received packaging said it was for 12.9 Ipad Pro but someone must have slipped the wrong size it the packaging. It was just a barely larger than 10 x 8. I was very disappointed and am having to send it back. However it was a nice case.
