Are there four holes for the four spkrs? null

no but the design is made to amplify the music somehow. I haven't noticed any issue with the speakers being covered.

Yes. But my iPad 2 that I bought in your store only has 2 speakers. FYI: I received excellent service in the store where 8 bought the iPad.
