If you didn't make a recovery disk and blew away the recovery partition. All you need to do is download Windows 10 to a USB drive and boot from it. It installs on this machine and your Windows account plus the machines internal software ID take care of the license. If you haven't wiped the machine, Windows 10 will do a clean install for you and save your files. No product key is needed. Then HP has all its tools and drivers online. Start with the HP Support Assistant and it will find you all the updated drivers and list them for you. It is so easy I may do a wipe and install for each Windows 10 update.

By holding the Shift key when clicking restart from the login screen it will allow the computer to access the partition and from there you can do a full factory reset. Alternatively you can created Windows 10 recovery media on a USB drive. Microsoft has that software available online for free. Look up "Windows Media Creation Tool"
