“What power adapter is this supposed to come with? I received a 65W adapter with mine and the laptop keeps saying that it's incompatible.”

• If your laptop came in a sealed box (new condition and not Open Box), it should have the correct power cord and adapter. However, it should come with a 90 W AC power adapter, not 65 W.
