“How in the world do you keep the keyboard lights to stay on longer than 30 seconds?”

• Not sure but I haven't had this problem. Its on the Control F5 key. Maybe you have it on some super-conservative battery setting, so it keeps shutting it off?

• The keyboard backlight can be toggled on and off using the f5 key. It does not turn off unless you turn it off or allow the computer to go into sleep mode.
