Purchased the HP 15-CH011DX at Best Buy on 11/22/2018. SKU #6188321. This is Best Buy's version. The specs on the box are as follows: - 8th gen I7-8550U (1.8 GHz) - 512 GB Solid State Drive (up to 35 GB system disk reserved for system recovery) - 16384 MB SODIMM DDR4 SDRAM - No optical drive (a separate USB plug in external optical drive is needed to read/write discs)/There is a full size SD card reader - Windows 10 - Touchscreen, multi- touch enabled - 15.6 " Diagonal UHD IPS LED Display (UHD content required to view UHD images) - WLAN & Bluetooth (Wireless only-WiFi router necessary) There is no ethernet port - a usb/ethernet adapter would be needed for a hardwired connection to the internet) - NVIDIA GeForce Graphics MX 150 (replaces 940 MX) - Bang & Olufson speakers - HP IR Camera (Features may require software or other 3rd party applications to provide full functionality) - Smart pen and laptop sleeve included - Ports: 3.5mm audio jack, two Thunderbolt 3 ports, HDMI-out, a single USB 3.1 port, and power jack. Side note: It has been noted online this laptop isn't for advanced gaming titles (stronger processor and graphics card necessary for smoothness) and also prolonged gaming (laptop becomes very hot)
