QuestionHello, isn't it true that if something goes wrong with any part of the laptop, like lets say the screen stops working. HP REQUIRES you to send the laptop back to HP with any passwords set in the OS removed? Or HP techs will break in?

- Answer Yes - it has backlit keyboard My notebook fan is making noise when i got it, but once i installed windows October update, its silent. I think during initial setup, it runs hot, but after that i never heard fan noise. There is also a option in bios/setup to turn off Fan running always.
