• Appropriate age would be 5+ for this robot. I bought for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas & she loved it. I really don't think additional cards are necessary.

• Hi there, The recommended age for Boxer is ages 6 and up. Also, you don't need to buy additional cards. If you lose any of the cards, they are available to print on Boxer the Bot's website and available in the Boxer Bot App. Hope that helps! Spin Master Customer Care
