Why haven't I gotten the code yet? It's 9/9 null

Same this is unprecedented, never preordering from these guys again. It still says for my purchase page on Best Buy that they are still preparing my digital order, like just send the code already!

So I called them and was asking them whats the issue and they responded with "The publisher hasnt given us the digital codes yet and this could take up to 24-48 hours". HOW HAVE THEY NOT RECEIVED THEM YET?!!

Several people who bought NBA 2K 2023 edition have also been tweeting that Best Buy failed to send any digital codes. I'd say that it's not solely a Nintendo issue, and the fault lies squarely with Best Buy.

I called them and they said they are having issue with receiving the code from nintendo, they are aware of it and issue hopefully should be resolved within the day. if not we should call them back tmrw..

I got the same answer as above when I did an online chat... publisher hasn't provided codes and I should call to see what they can do... sounds like not much... unacceptable.

11:30 a.m. and still no code. This is the last time I am ever purchasing an item digitally from Best Buy (I purchased Pokemon Legends Arceus digitally through Best Buy back in late January and that worked fine). It would have been faster to purchase it off Nintendo eShop...
