Best Buy will email you an activation code, you enter that into the redeem page on your Spotify account and your 12 months are added.

If you already have a premium account, you have to cancel your current one and then immediately add this code to get it.

You have to remove your current form of payment from your Spotify account. Let your accout expire and then enter the Annual Card information.
