“I purchased two wireless cameras with solar panels. One of the cameras won’t charge from either solar panel. I have to remove the batteries and charge with USB. Both panels will charge the second unit.”

Sounds like a warranty issue - return and replace.

For best performance, Ring recommends at least 3–4 hours of direct sunlight per day for small solar panels and at least 2-3 hours for solar panels (2nd generation). With the recommended amount of direct sunlight, the device will remain continuously charged under most conditions. Make sure there are no obstructions or objects that could cast a shadow on your solar panel, such as an extended roof, tree, or bush.
