Per a previous post under another question, 24 degrees F. My experience stuff freezes which with beer is not good. I settled on 27 and really you can't tell much difference between 24 and 27. It's very cold and very good!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the previous edition with manual defrosting, but basically the same unit. When I first got mine, I experimented. You can go down to 24, but I found that too cold meaning stuff would freeze. I put mainly Coors Light, few other domestic beers and Mike's Lemonade. It was Mike's that would freeze and sometimes the beer. You don't want beer that has been frozen! So for awhile now, I settled on 27 which is much colder than most bars. Lastly, when you get use to 27 (or whatever) temp beer, anything else is a waste. Seriously, this puts out some great drinking.
