• It appears that it will not work with most pull out handles due to incompatible size adapter. You can connect directly to fresh water line through plumbing work arounds, and can buy a replacement dishwasher line from most plumbing aisles, $10

• It's designed for temporary only, but if your a plumber you can figure a way to split it, but it's designed for a quick faucet hookup.

• No, doesn’t work with pull down faucet…need to put a cheap hard line faucet in (next to it) or replace the pull down & then connect, easy peasy
