i called them on the phone and they told me it can take up to 8 hours to make a code for people. no emails were sent out yet. which i also am wondering why they did not have any of this prepared

I explained it was suppose to be in my email today not 2 days later or I'd buy it some places else. Completely unfair anyway ... they also sent a email they delayed the orders .

I am never buying from Best Buy ever again...When you offer a Pre-order Bonus of any kind you give it to the customer immediately on day of games release and not a minute later....I am going to contact Square Enix and see what they can do...
