Is there any way to get the digital code now so I can pre-load the game? null

i called them on the phone and they told me it can take up to 8 hours to make a code for people. no emails were sent out yet. which i also am wondering why they did not have any of this prepared

An update! I called again and asked where the codes were. The lady ssid it now takes 48 hours or so. I explained it was suppose to be in my email today not 2 days later or I'd buy it some places else. Completely unfair anyway ... they also sent a email they delayed the orders .

i agree they should have had this in emails by midnight for people. tbh, idk if we will get it today or not. im slightly upset because ups never delivered my original copy and won't tile Monday and now to waiting for them to send a simple code in an email that should not be taking as long as they claim.

I also still haven't received my code, or anything even related to the code, tried calling, but they put me on hold for 2 hours until they closed. Would really like to get what I paid for.

Still haven’t got the code, It’s been five days now after release. Worried I’m not going to receive the Bonus at all now. Has anyone else got the code yet?

I contacted Best Buy about the Pre-order bonus and all they told me to do is to call them...

I am never buying from Best Buy ever again...When you offer a Pre-order Bonus of any kind you give it to the customer immediately on day of games release and not a minute later....I am going to contact Square Enix and see what they can do...

been 48 hours, still no code. they said on the phone they would reach out to their publisher to get the codes. told me it was escalated issue as well. very disappointed in the handling of this situation.
