“Which mag stripe reader is available with this reader. Jack or lightning plug”

• Been to 3 Best Buy’s and 4 Walmart’s today, and all have the mag stripe reader with the jack in this pkg, so apparently it’s hard to find one with a lightning mag reader. May have to buy it separately. Ugh.

• Both options were available at the store I went to; check the package label to pick the one you want. I suggest you get lightening because Square will also send you a free jack one when you sign up to use the app/service. The store also carried both stripe reader types on the shelf.

• Hey there! The magstripe reader comes in 2 different options: audio jack (For Android) and lightning plug (For Apple). Both are available in the Square Shop.
