Yes you can. You just have to use the Square app for that, you don’t actually need this card reader for what you’re trying to do. In the Square all, you can either manually enter the CC number, or send them an invoice that they can pay through Square.

You just key in the amount on the Checkout screen and then when you move forward, it'll show the option to manually enter the card number there on the Point of Sale app. You can also take payments manually safest with our Virtual Terminal on the Dashboard.
