- Answer Cross-border card payments are unsupported. This means that card transactions attempted outside of the country where you activated your Square account can't be processed with Square.

- Answer Great question. You are able to have log multiple accounts into one device, just b sure to sign out and sign into the correct account before taking payments. For the most convenient processing experience, we do recommend using different devices.

QuestionAre you able to ring someone up through the square app on tablet and have the payments process through the terminal like the normal chip reader. We like using the tablet to ring up but are looking for a receipt solution.

- Answer Hi Thomas - Great Question. At this time there is no way to ring up payments through the Square App and have the payments process through the terminal. The ability to use the Square app this way is a feature request at this time. We will make sure to make this visible to our product team.

- Answer Hey! We have a transaction limit of $50,000 per credit card transaction. If you have a payment that is larger than that, you will need to break it up. Otherwise, there are no limits to the number of transactions you can run in a certain day.
