• The stacking cannot be seen as long as the back of the appliances are against a wall. I have not seen the kit in any other color. However, you can spray paint the kit any color you prefer.

• No, you can't see the stacking kit. I mean, perhaps if you really get in there and you're investigating, maybe. But on an average, not obsessively prying approach, you won't see it at all.

• Yes. You can see the gray. But only from the sides. Not too much from the front.

• yes, you can see it, it's only like 1/2 inch tall and is very minimal at best. We have the Azure blue set and it still looks great installed.
