Depending on voltage, I have measured as low as 26 watts at 10.1 volts and upwards of 38 watts at 12.45 volts, my guess is it will be higher in a car with the alternator supplying 14.x volts maybe as much as 45 watts peak but that is just me guessing based on what I've measured in my living room with my lithium power pack that only starts out at 12.45 volts fully charged.
