Can this be used with Filter as well without Bags? null

It can be used with or without a bag. One comes with it. Ut, i have not used it.

Yes, this can be used without bags, however your filter will prematurely clog up. If vacuuming liquids you will want to remove the bag and cartridge filter.

Yes it can per the instructions. This has AMAZING suction.
