QuestionDo the sides come up so you can hang file folders or do you have to buy a frame to inset in drawer to hang files?

- Answer This adjustable file caddy is the black frame shown under the file cabinet that has the wheels. The frame can be used under the file cabinet in order to be able to move the file cabinet. The file caddy is NOT a file cabinet.
